Wife says it smells better than chivas. Review on Black Dog

Let me tell u at first that i'am a big fan of chivas 12 years. I originally bought a bottle of blackdog as a gift. Later, despite the fact that I am not a quick shifter from this brand to that brand, I decided to buy a bottle for myself to check whether I had made a wise choice or not.

This was a cold Sunday afternoon and I didn't want to have 1-2 drinks.In fact I had already made up my mind to finish it more than half with a friend of mine.And from the very 1st minute we opened the bottle, it made a huge impact.I think it has more of a metallic type smell and taste. I cant describe it though.

But it was very smooth, u dont have to run for something to eat even if u finish it in a single sip. Infact I enjoyed finishing the peg with 1 or 2 cigarettes and nothing else.The first 2-3 pegs will make your mind flying deeper in your dreams.you will presume that you cant handle it anymore.

But with the next 1 or 2 or 3 pegs, u will become more of a master and no one just feel the taste and the smoothness running through your whole body.i never ever felt so much relaxed. Don't be afraid that u will get drunk if you are a heavy drinker.

Most of the drinks if taken excessively, makes u uncomfortable and sleepy.but black dog was quite different.we consumed around 75% bottle and afterwards I almost finished watching a cricket innings between India and S Africa and the best part was that even my father sitting besides me couldn't smell anything.

Even my wife told me that it didn't smell like whisky. On the other hand she would have a lot to complain if I had chivas or glen etc.one more thing, better will be not to mix it with much of water.only a small quantity of water or even on the rocks will do fine. Don't mix and dilute the taste by having those spicy chicken tikkas and all with it.

I enjoyed it with a cup of vanilla.at last, as far as price is concerned, it costs around INR 1400-2000 depending upon the state u are in of course cheaper in Chandigarh and Punjab. Definitely better than chivas 12 which costs around 2200+. Give it a try and enjoy.
