Green algae development found in 20l Bisleri. Review on Bisleri

We pay 70-75 rupees for Bisleri, instead of 25-30 for local RO filtered water, thinking we are drinking some good quality water with added minerals, but in reality not sure what we are drinking. It is not good Bisleri, but junk.

God knows whats up with Bisleri, below is my complaint and the great response I received from customer care. Waiting for their next response.I would suggest please buy a filter.

I bought 20l water from local vendor in GM Palya, Bangalore recently. Today I found that a green color shade seen in the lower tank, which is very unhealthy sign, I also had stomach upset after drinking this water. I request you to come and check and provide replacement of this water bottle.

Also please make sure you maintain your quality. I called your customer care in Bangalore many times today but no one is picking it up [9900979899, 9972528888].You should not play with customer health. If you wont correct it I will be taking this up with respective authorities.

Dear Sir, Sorry for the inconvenience caused, But the image you sent is not the Bisleri Jar, It’s the matka. the use of Matka is usually creates the problem, So we suggest our customers to use Bisleri stand and push tap. Green Algae formation is in Matka itself. It seems that, it’s not the problem of Our Bisleri.

Hi Lubna,

I will clean Matka regularly. Can you please provide the details on how green algae can grow in matka as I will be putting the same Bisleri water in to matka.

I am using Bisleri from past 1.5 years, It never happened before. How it can suddenly happen with this new bottle. I think this 20l bottle has not properly filtered water or infected water by any other means. Hence I want you replace the bottle from my home and investigate whats really went wrong.

Being a best brand you should not wash your hands off saying it will generate in Matka. You need to explain the same, how many days need for algae generation, provide the details of your analysis for the same.

Also please let me know where your manufacturing plant which supplies water in Bangalore GM Palya area.

I will take suitable action against you, if nothing happens in this regard from your end.
