I ordered an AirTel XTream Fiber connection online within few hours I got SMS, Email confirmations and their support techs contacted and done installation. Super fast, responsive.
But the complete activation of connection took two days unlike others.
Their installation of cables, knowledge of tech persons is top notch. cables are neatly clamped and setup. proper details of modem and setup has been provided. I am so surprised, there is no other service provider does this kind quality service. On top of that, I got a call from a service engineer asking if everything is working fine after a week. Man, AirTel seems so obsessed with quality of service and provides service like how service providers in developed nations provide(I experienced similar kind of service in US).
My rating for their service is 11/10!
