I opted most premium package with RM to sell my villa in Hosur.
My experience:
1) Expectation: Site visit support was offered before paying.
Reality: But they told it is not available in the location.
2) Expectation: I expect money back for the non-available package components like site visit support.
Reality: They say no cash reimbursement feasible, can extend the tenure.
3) Expectation: RM will get all my queries clarified without spending my personal time.
Reality: RM is saying the site visit is not available but expecting me to check the subscribed package related queries talking with sales person
4) Expectation: Background noise in RM's work place and RM cannot hear my voice clearly. I expect she shift to a low noisy area to call me.
Reality: RM complains she cannot hear me and asking me to move to better network area.
5) Expectation: I expect a demonstration of how 300 website advertisements are done through digital marketing, atleast in YouTube, FB and Twitter.
Reality: I see it in my FB only for a week. Stopped after that. When I ask how it is visible in other sites, they are saying you just need to visit any social websites - no need of special credential - everyone gets it. Not limited to my property area. After few days another RM says it is limited to the area of the proporty. Contradictory. I am afraid if they do any marketing at all, Because I am not given a single convincing answer or a way to experience it.
6) Expectation: I expect a RM should stay with me and show progress in sales lead over a period of time.
Reality: Without intimation/seeking advise they changed my RM within a month of assignment leaving me on air without neither old nor new RM having any concrete setup of digital marketing/progress to show me.
7) Expectation: I am busy in office and may not be able to pick RM's calls when he/she calls on a 30 mins or 1 hr duration of my calls in office.
Reality: RM if I am not picking the phone, he rings me again immedately and write his official email to me copying his managers that in spite of repeated attempts, I am not reachable.
8) Expectation: I would leave a WhatsApp voice message per my convenience to RM and expecting some updates within a day.
Reality: RM neither replies in WhatsApp nor calls me back until I complaint in his official email thread copying his managers.
9) Expectation: I expect some progress report in last 2 weeks on sales leads.
Reality: I get an email from a new RM saying I was not reachable when he called. When I replied in his official email chain asking to call back he calls back with only one update that he is a new RM and the older RM went off due to medical reasons. When I ask updates for this week, he offers me to call back in 5 mins. But nothing happens.
10, Expectation: I expect a supervisor response on need of change of my RM abruptly after a month on emailing him in reply to the news coming to me from new RM.
Reality: No response for the email. No call back from manager.
Now you decide whether I am as a customer wrong? Or 99acres has done all good to me or not?
