I went to see 3 idiots thinking I will enjoy the next 3 hours. However I was in for a big disappointment. The movie is just one flashback after another. The jokes are so contrived that one is forced to wonder what was the punch line. I for one would not like to watch this vulgar movie with my family.
Many of the jokes use the word "Balatkar" without thinking that the word "rape" is a very serious crime against women. The jokes in the movie trivialize the word "Balatkar" to get cheap entertainment laughs. Bollywood makes many wonderful comedy movies where you cant stop laughing during the movie.
Sadly, for this movie, I could not bring myself to laugh at the cheap and vulgar jokes which are no way meant for a family audience.
