Requesting not to purchase anything from 2Gud. they are the cheaters.


Kindly do not buy any product from 2gud, they are part of FLPIKART who are selling exchanged or old products after refurbing it slightly. They proudly say the refurbish products are under warranty, which is just an eye wash.


I recently purchased one plus 3 64GB refurb phone in superb category with one year warranty. After using few hours found the mobile having call drop issue, battery getting drained & heating issue. As per 2Gud customer care guidance I have sent the mobile to their service center. After couple of days I got call from service center saying this mobile doesn’t carry warranty as already somebody has done the rework on mother board. I immediately called 2gud customer care & told what service has told me. 2gud customer care people say during the mobile delivery everything was OK hence they can’t help now, am trying to explain them that during delivery we only check for the external damage like screen cracks or any major dents. Internal issues will come to know only we start using it for some time, I found the issues after few hours using & escalated the issue to 2gud.


How do we know that these mobile mother board rework has done earlier before selling to me, I don’t understand how can they hold my responsibility for the repair work done prior selling to me.


Is it not a complete cheating & misleading?


I really had a terrible experience with dealing with 2gud. From the day one I had a problem with the mobile like mobile getting over heating, call never gets connect in one go & battery getting drained up very fast. On the second day I had raised a complaint for return/refund then they arranged some technician visit to check the issues & he did some changes in the settings & asked me to use for a day. After he left I got a mail saying issue got resolved, I wonder without customers confirmation how can they certify as issue got resolved. On the third day I had a same issue & again I raised a complaint then one more technician came & he did something & he accepted there is a heating issue & its showing 45 degrees heating & told me to raise a complaint again & left. After that again I got a mail saying issue got resolved, I got annoyed & called 2gud customer care told about the issues without resolving its showing status as issue got resolved & they happily saying one word sorry & saying for one product only two times they can arrange the technician visit & henceforth am not eligible for return or refund. They said if still the problem is not resolved I need to contact third party service partner(F1) to fix my mobile related issues. I called the F1 service people & they asked all the details about mobile invoice, IMEI numb, address, mobile etc. & got a confirmation mail saying somebody will call me within two working days to take the mobile for service, I waited for 4 days I didn't got the call from anyone & then again I raised a request to F1 team & again I got a confirmation mail saying within 2 workings days somebody will call me, today its 2nd working day against my second F1 complaint still am awaiting for the call. From past 10 days am having mentally stressed with this issue.


Finally on 20/10/20 they picked my mobile for service Centre & on 22/10/20 I get call from service Centre stating that my mobile doesn’t comes under warranty & they are returning my mobile without any service.


Later I spoke to 2Gud customer care & they happily said they have already resolved the issue by providing F1 service center number….How is the issue got resolved without attending.
