Most of the medicine are delivered the next day. Sometimes, it takes a few days. May be, it depends on availability, or the location of the seller.
I think they provide the best value for money. Around 15% off on medicine and some cashback. It might come to around 20% all together(approx). Doorstep delivery is an added plus.
Refunds are instant, when you pay through UPI.
I recommend this service for diagnostic services as well. They have tie-ups with a large number of labs.(At least in the major cities). Phlebotomist services is free of cost, they visit your home. Depending on the lab, you will get your report by email in 8 to 24 hours. Very reliable service, and the cost is much much reduced.
Customer is a bit slow. Anything that goes that way, takes time(sometimes several days) to get a response. But since the last couple of years that I am using their service, only once or twice I had to contact them.
