1mg.com is an online service for supplying medicines. When it comes to their discount & service .There are two points of view.They will provide good discount, better than usual chemist. But when it comes to service they lack consistency & reliability.
Some years back I downloaded this app known as 1mg, providing good discounts on medicines especially on substitutes. When I uploaded the newest up to date prescription after scanning it, they were not accepting it. Actually, we had ordered a substitute which they rejected and stated that this medicine was not prescribed by your doctor. Similarly when we ordered all medicines on some other day, they had those medicines shown on the app. Again they rejected the order. This has happened more than 8 times. We are so tired of them.Now, we think that these people are not professional enough to understand the prescription & medicines substitutes. This is the only thing that comes to our mind. We can only say that these people make only promises on advertisements.
From the other point of view, when it comes to Patanjali & Himalaya products. They give good discount on these products, similarly I ordered a 1kg of Ensure protein supplement on which they gave a discount of Rs.85. They gave a pain relief cream for free & also with a 15% discount coupon. When we tried to use the coupon for ensure protein supplement .The message written said it does not apply to it. This thing disappoints us even more as 1mg.com is not up to the mark when it comes to service & reliability.The question remains why 1mg rejects medicine orders & can we rely on these people.
