My daughter had a stomoch ache and I requested for a “Consult Now” doctor at 8: 00am. After paying, I was informed that the doctors are available inly after 9: 00am and they refused to cancel and refund my consultetion order. I feel this is an unfair trade practice. If they cannot provide consultation under “Consult Now” until certain time, the app should not accept orders until such opening time . Very disappointed and upset with 1MG that I have such high regard.
