They are just a bunch of profiteers pretending to be saviours in the trying times of the pandemic and lockdown.
They charge extra money for urgent delivery which otherwise was not the case when one bought a membership care package, but once a customer has paid for the care package then that customer becomes a non-entity "A SUCKER" for them.
They say they offer the best in industry services but are far worse than the most other profiteers who at least do not lie to the detriment of the health and wellness of the patients who subscribe to their care plan.
Not enough can be said about these Callous Company Honcho's that will do justice to the situation and them.
If a patient is told that his/her medication is not going to reach them before a certain time then that patient will make alternate arrangements and these callous people at 1mg will lose business, that is why they never give you any facts on the ground that their delivery is flawed and inept and inefficient and their customer service is full of cp st who keep apologising for the inconvenience and at the same time promising to deliver within the timespan and yet not deliver.
They couldn't care less for the life of the people who place their trust in them and for that they should be penalised and all their certifications to function as a medical supplier be revoked with prejudice and immediately so that there are no more unsuspecting fatalities or near-death experience for people who place their trust in them.
These people are the worst to profit off the medical conditions of the people who need access to medicines on a timely basis and yet they cannot nay refuse to deliver despite making promises time and again.
To think I used to recommend them to my friends and peers and today I am ashamed to say that they have turned a corner in their life cycle where they have stopped caring about the welfare of the customers they so espouse about.
They have in fact sent broken bottles in the past in their packages and medicines mixing with other medicines and they charge a safety handling charge with each transaction for that while delivering poison to anyone who will consume those lethal mixes of the medicines.
They are falling way below the standards of the worst kind of criminals when they put the lives of their customers/patients at risk without any thought except how they can profit from each and every "SUCKER" who they have managed to swindle with their marketing campaigns.
They ought to be taken offline(Shut Down) and served notices for damages and made to pay the people they have lied to and charged fraudulently not to mention risked their lives by promising deliveries and medicines in good packing and conditions and then sending the poisonous cocktail of different medicines in the packaging that also not on time despite repeated requests to do so urgently.
IF THERE WAS AN OPTION OF A REVIEW WORSE THAN BAD THEN THEIRS WOULD THE WORST POSSIBLE OF ALL(MINUS 100) "TOXIC" to say the least.
