This review is for 100 Krafts from whom I had got some interior work done for my flat. I had read a lot of good reviews about their work on Facebook, which is why I decided to meet them and discuss my work. However, this turned out to be a very bad decision for me, since the quality of work, as well as the responsibility and accountability for the work undertaken by them, was unsatisfactory and not at all up to the expected standards.


My initial meeting was with Axxxxa who is a project manager from 100 Krafts. The initial meetings went well and I had informed them in advance that this is not a start to end project, but only a partial renovation work. However, Axxxxa was very convincing regarding their quality of work and that lead me to appoint them for my work.


Design:


The interior designer appointed for my project was Pxxxl Sxxxxe, and I must say that throughout my interactions with her, I was never comfortable with her ideas and subject matter expertise. She was unable to understand our exact requirements clearly and was not providing any suggestions/ideas from her end proactively. We had to change the designs multiple times during this phase to finally come to a conclusion(which was also something that we had suggested).


Execution:


During the execution stage, the carpenters were sent for measurements all by themselves with a printout of the design. At this point, the interior designer who should have been present there mandatorily had not come, and the carpenters were facing a lot of issues/queries in understanding the design. We had to explain to them the entire design by ourselves and had to explicitly call the designer to visit the site again with the carpenters for measurements. Only upon an escalation from our side, did the designer come for a visit.


During the construction stage, the carpenters were quite irregular and needed frequent follow-ups(which again we had to do ourselves). The work was very very slow as well. We were assured that the carpenters would complete the work within 1 week, however, they took almost 2 weeks to complete this.


The quality and finishing of the work were also very poor. Within 6 months of completion of the work, I already have a partition unit that is shaking even on applying slight force and feels like it might fall soon. I was also promised by the management that there would be a site inspection after the work completed to ensure that everything was done correctly, however, till today I have neither had anyone visit my house to check neither have I even received a call from their side to check. I am frustrated with the work by 100 Krafts, and more than that with their negligence and lack of customer connect they have shown towards my work(maybe because this was a small project for them). They were very prompt only when it came to requests for payment, and also called up and had a fight with me when I stopped one of their cheques due to incomplete work is done. I for my part will never recommend 100 Krafts to others after this terrible experience I have had with them.
