0800-Blossoms is an online e-commerce website that sends flowers to anywhere in the world with a 7 day freshness guarantee. They also send gifts; however, only within UK. They are UK based and are trying to do a 1800-Flowers (of the US).
The website is neatly designed and simple. However, the website has technical problems because of which sometimes shopping becomes an inconvenient experience. But thanks to the presence of live help which makes sure that you are taken care of.
The customer service is fabulous. They can be contacted either through e-mail, chat or toll-free number. The chat representatives are well trained and make your life easy. They seem to understand you even before you ask a question and are extremely fast and smart in handling your question.
The service (flowers and delivery) needs to improve. The website can be changed for good and they aren't doing it. The vase shown on all images is not a part of the bouquet but can be ordered separately. But that cannot be done through the website. The management team behind this .com isn't technology savvy.
The flowers are wonderful and the delivery is prompt. However, they wouldn't guarantee delivery at a said time but you can assure yourself delivery on the said date. Their payment mode is yet another drawback. They only seem to accept credit cards. They payment page has a lot of confusing questions that are alien to non-UK customers. They have quite a bit to cover up to pose threat to their American Counterpart.
