Before A.R.Rahman Released Kangalal Kaithi Sei Album,He gave us 2 Youhfull Album = Boys & Unnake 10 Ennaku 18.Boys Audio Sale broke the Sales Record for the past 2 years with amount sold 1,50,000 Cd's & Cassettes.Now Its claimed that Unnake20 Ennaku 18 has broke Boys record with more amount sold.Both these albums didint appeal many adults as the songs are very youthful with heavy beats,english words ussage,rapping,etc etc.The Adults prefer romantic,soothing tune & music.With Kangalal Kaithi Sei,Rahman has now caught Adults attention.Roughly said,A.R.Rahman is back in action.But Sadly he will be missing in Tamil industry for about 2 years due to his International Projects, & 11 Hindi Albums in Hand.Lets Get back to the Topic.Kangalal Kaithi sei 4 Romantic song & 1 Fast beat Song.

1.Aha Thamizhamma - A.R.Rehana,Mathangi,Blaaze

• At the 1st hearing,it will not give any impact,you will most probably say '' Nice''.But after the 3rd to 4th listening,ur into the song very much.Lyrics was handled by Kabilan,who gave a wonderfull lyrics for Rahman's Alle Alle - Boys.A.R.Rahman has given his sister a chance to sing in this album,which the song was superbly handled by his sis,Rehana.You can hear Blaaze sayin ''aah' ai' Etc etc,which gives new feel to tamil songs. (A new Trend?)

2.Enuyir Tozhiyea - UnniMennon & Chinmayi

• A.R.Rahman has given his 100% concertration on this particular song.Unnimennon Sound very refreshing after a love/fast beat song - Santhipooma (Unnake 20 Ennaku 18).Chinmayi,no need to mention,she's a great young singer.Her voice is so sweet.When u start this song,you are stepping into a time machine,which takes u back to 1998's which that time Rahman gave us many many songs which is very much like this (style)The lyrics was handled by Pa.Vijay,Lyrics were very soothing with great words.Tamil is definetly Rich.The flute piece at second interlude makes u feel very weak,as if the flute just went trough into your body.Great Composition after 3 Years,Thanks Rahman.

3.Theekuruvi - Mukesh,Johny,Harini

• The song starts with a very wierd style,as in '' Yetho ma, - Amma ,Yetho mathiri, Bothai Enna, - Enna?Valielleiya?'' Rahman always experiment with many stlyes,and this style is going to be a trend soon.The male singer voice sounds very familar with Unnikrishnan,I was happy,thinking another duet by Harini - Unnikrishan,as u know they gave us many Hits together,Looks like Rahman brought a new singer into Tamil Industry.The Ussage of Flute,Church Bells,are simply Amazing.The best song in the album.Lyrics by Thenmozhi,Dont know who is she/he.But belive me,She/He is going somewhere soon,Amazing Words.The ending was finished very amazingly with the Yetho ma chanting & the flute piece which was playing the Charanam of the song.Rahman - Superb!!

4.Azhagiye Cinderella - Hariharan

• Great song,with English romantic song feel,something like Kalaimaane - Thaalam.Great Song,which will amaze many adults who admire soft songs by Hariharan.But everytime I listen to this cd,i skip this song everytime.Its isnt in the same soothing type with other songs in this album.Lyrics was by our Pa.Vijay.The chorus part is very soothing...Konji Konji Vanthal..

5.Anarkali - Karthik,Chitra Sivaraman,A.R.Rahman

• Here comes our Nethukiten & Alle Alle combo,Karthik & Chitra Sivaraman.This combo must be one of Rahman's fav combo as u can see them in action after the great hit, Alle Alle - Boys.The 'Garerisa' chants was handled by none other then our A.R.Rahman.But its not listed in the Cd inlay.The song is amazing with Chitra's soothing voice & Karthik's Manly & Romantic voice.The 'Garerisa' chants was very very haunting,which comes at everyinterlude of the song.This song sure will win many hearts of lovers.Lyrics by Pa.Vijay is again surprising us with his youthfull mixed with romantic meaning.Such as : 'Yen Manam Enbatherke,Mugavari Nee thaane'The way Chitra sings Nee Thaane is very cute.

Overall this album gets a 9/10 rating.This Album is somehow missing Vairamuthu's touch which his words ussually gels with Rahman Haunting Tunes.This album will surely become chartbuster as all the songs r very amazing in thier own ways.Its surely a rich album with quality from A.R.Rahman after Youthfull albums.
