Buying a flat with Godrej Properties might seem appealing due to their reputation as a top-tier real estate developer, but my personal experience has been disappointing.
I booked a flat with them but had to request a cancellation due to unforeseen financial constraints. According to their policy, the refund should have been processed within 45 days. However, even after more than three months, I am still waiting for my refund.

While Godrej Properties may deliver well-constructed homes, their post-sales support and handling of customer grievances leave much to be desired. If you’re considering buying from them, ensure that you are prepared for potential delays and communication issues if things don’t go as planned.
