which plan you want compare??If you want to compare Term plan then you can check the premium from iciciprulife.comOther leading brands who are offering Term plans are HDFC Life/ Max Life/ LIC.

Hi KrishIn any Life insurance policy you cannot surrender your policy before 5 years from the date of commencement of the policy. As per the new IRDA guidelines we cannot surrender any policy before the locking period.In Ulips we need to pay at least 5 year premiums otherwise our policy will go into discontinue fund & all insurance benefits will be ceased.In Traditional Plans we also need to pay at least 5 years or more premiums(depends on premium payment term) to attain a surrender value.
