Really pathetic experience with Apple Online store - I ordered a MacBook Pro with M4 Pro chip - they happily take your money and claim it will be delivered the following day - after that radio silence - you can track it using the useless Blue Dart tracker which goes round and round in circle - it is almost like they publish useless updates.

If you call them then no response after jumping through many hoops

Absolutely no comms whatsoever - no OTP, No Text Message, No email, No call, No Whatsapp - nothing.

Then after all this delay and no comms, I contact Apply online and they sound like a useless robot saying the same nonsense - we will come back to you - if you want refund you have to jump through multiple steps to request a refund and it will take 5 - 7 business days!(which is two weeks),

So be very very very careful before you spend lakhs(my order was INR 2 lakhs) on Apple's absolutely dreadful Online store

I would like to share my experience while trading with apple store. I place my order on 15th sep 2023 for I phone 15 128 gb through trade in and I shared all details of my one plus 7t 256 gb with imei no. Every thing went smoothly.My details are confirmed by apple store the imei no and my old mobile details were matching. But on the delivery date i.e.was 22nd sep 2023 some how my mobile imei no was changed in a delivery note. Apple people forget to insert 13 digit imei no they dotted only 9 digit which is never been used. Respite several call to apple care no solution was provided. So I would request all personal to be carefull while dealing with apple store

Never buy iPhone product, I brought iPhone 13 to be my first iPhone but had a very bad experience . The mother board got crashed with 18 months and it cost 45k to replace it. It’s a shitty phone , took it to iFix India to get it fixed they mentioned it’s due to software update. If phone get crashed due to software update . This must be an bakawas apple and it’s product

I will never buy any products of apple.

The e-shop is ok till the paying step. When they send you a broken product is when the nightmare starting. They do not answer the email contactus.pl@euro.apple.com. They only way to contact them is through infoline which I've tried more than 10 times. There us no option to return the product. They consultants seems to know that they have a huge problem with line performance, but still they cant make return happen. Never again.

I went to the apple store at the mall. I was helped by a apple advisor to puchase an iPhone 13 pro max. I wanted to pay cash and they told me to buy a gift card and use it to purchase the phone. I did exactly as i was told. I brought phone got a receipt for my gift card and i got a confermation that my phone will arrive in a month. I didn't receive my phone so i called apple and they told me that my order was canceled and someone has used my gift card. I went to apple but they couldn't solve my probem

This Apple online shopping store are not provide a good quality of air pods becouse I was purchased a air pod on this online apple store site and I completed my payment through online payment option and I received my ordered product after two weeks and I not liked this shopping site delivery process are too slow.

This shopping site are not provide a good pakaging of the product which I ordered and I received a defective product from this apple store site and I really disappoint after use this product which I ordered. It is not provide a same product to me and when I use this product which I orederd its not work properly and quality of product are not good to see also.

I was complained about this issue to customer support but this apple store customer service are not solve this issue. Overall this is not good experience to me to shop on this site and not provide a reliable product as well as not value for money.

Tried to order a new iPhone 7 both on Wednesday and Friday ( today) through the Apple Store and experienced Apple store system problems and customer service ignorance. The store's system says there is a hold on my account but when salesperson contacts, there is no hold, which was also confirmed by store in the same mall. They can't sell us the new phone and they won't do anything about it.Also, on Wednesday they offered a $95 credit for the old iPhone and today it is $80 and they won't even commit to giving us the original credit. They said that they would try different boxes of phones and quote maybe our lucky train comes in. For a tech company to have no idea how their systems work and to not have an integrated system in 2017 is ridiculous, and to have their store manager tell us that there is nothing they can do and Oh well is completely unacceptable. Went down the mall to the store and we are getting a better deal with zero hassles.

What is apple store. every product is good is paid. so where can I download. I download some apps from other sites from my risk. and the sizes of all apps is minimum 100 mb. and some apps like 2.5 gb. I have I phone 4s and its memory is only 5gb and I got after apple apps only 3.5 gb after download 2.5 another app on my iphone. my iphone will hang or just finished for no other app used. so I suzzust u apple pls make low memory app and mostly free apps

Apple service used to be so good, don't think I'd be wrong in saying it was the best service possible. Just in 2017 I have had to contact Apple twice unfortunately I have broken my phone and I'm being charged twice for Apple Music. First my Apple Music after 2hrs on hold my phone died and I lost connection no one called me back and I'm still paying for 2 lots of Apple Music terrible terrible service. Second my phone, it is out of warrently by 3 weeks so I contact Apple to get a repair witch is fine. ₹23500 and a new phone , ok no problem , send my phone of 2 weeks ago and Apple have said they never received it and I have to loacate it in order for them to get me a new one sent out. The tracking number says it was delivered. again terrible service
