3rd AC Rajdhani Express Review:

1- Worst thing. The train had many Drunkards, the TT was aware but did not deboard them. They also made a scene by literally puking on the floor of the coach. It was in B1 Seat no 68, in the Rajdhani express which deported from KSR Bangalore to Delhi Hazrat Nizamuddin at 8:00 PM IST.

A girl in fact witnessed all of this and was overwhelmed enough that she started crying of fear. Me and some army uncles helped with her luggage and getting her a new seat at 12:34 AM

I would never want to send a female of my knowing to 3AC of rajdhani.

considering the charges of pantry (700Rs) it was bad.

A thali of literally 70₹ is much better than what we were served.

Also the fact that they have "No tips Please" on their uniforms is total bullS.

They wake you up in the middle of the light or late night around 11:00 (drunk themselves) to ask for tip. Because I am from army background i had SO much hope from one of the best trains available but I am poorly disappointed. And would NEVER send a female passenger of my knowing to 3AC of Rajdhani.

As a frequent traveler on the Rajdhani Express, I must express my disappointment with the consistently poor hygiene standards, particularly concerning the cleanliness of the toilets. During my recent journey, I encountered filthy conditions that were not only unsanitary but also discomforting for passengers.

Despite being a premium train service, the state of the toilets was appalling. The floors were littered with debris, the sinks were clogged, and the stench was unbearable. It's unacceptable that such conditions persist, considering the premium fare charged for traveling on the Rajdhani Express.

I travelled from Rajdhani Express 12432 from panvel to trivandrum and the experience was bad after paying so much money it's painful to get such service.. As I went to my coach it was so dirty.. Spilt tea.. Lot of used bislery bottle.. Nobody to clean it.. After several reminders someone came and cleaned up.. Next day morning tea and biscuits which we usually get was not served.. They were charging for tea.. Breakfast was ok.. With 2 patties and 2 bread which could be eaten ..Lunch was served at 1 pm which I couldn't eat.. 2 dried rotis.. One paneer sabzi which was ok.. Dal was taste less and rice poor quality.. The quality of dal seemed it was some expired dal used which having no taste at all.. Why are we given such bad food if tickets prices are premium compared to other trains?? Earlier also I have travelled by Rajdhani which was a good experience.. But not I suspect some contractor eating money and providing substandard food.. That is the reason I am writing this review so that authorities can do some surprise inspection and probe on it.. With the rise in food poisoning cases authorities pls take some action.

Food was below average. Service was mediocre. Cleanliness was pathetic.(There were cockroaches on my seat.). The speed was good but the train shook at intervals causing disruptions inside the train. For the price , it doesn't meet my expectations.

This is my first time travel in Goa to Nizamuddin rajdhani express 22413 super fast express.

But service food and cleanliness is 0.

Food was not up to mark, watery daal, uncooked rice, spicy paneer gravy, and dry hard chapathi.

Toilet dirty.. corridor dirty..

If you are boarding at cpr Chapra jn at 10 PM , they will not provide dinner to you.

Rajdhani Express proved to be really on point with cleanliness and stuff but drained in terms of talking manners and food quality. The stuff is really rude with the RAC passengers as if only the confirmed passengers have paid for the train..There is shortage of pillows and blankets too. Also, the food tasted really bad...Not a good experience at all! Waste of money..

I travelled from Thrissur to Panvel on Feb 23 in second, with my family, .The main intention was to provide along distance train journey experience to my kids, but it ended up as the worst one we ever had.They charge too much, almost equal to airfare, but the compartment was too old.There are other long distance train running with better and newer AC compartment. The cleanliness was pathetic and the staff did not care at all.Thier attitude while serving food was rude and pathetic. Some of them were even chewing gutkha while serving food! They are only interested to provide space, snacks and achar to a group of guys who wanted to booze!.The quality of seats, toilet and overall ambiance was shocking, for the exorbitant price they are charging! However, they came and shamelessly asked for tip!So pathetic and I never imagined things could get this worse.

I think the northern railways doesnt care about this train to Kerala, else why cant they at least upgrade this so called' premium; train with latest coaches?As we got down at Panvel, we felt we were fleeced by the Indian Railway. Better avoid this' premium' train.

We booked a ticket in rajdhani express expecting a hygienic and cleanliness but our expectations were ruined because toilet was dirty and smelling and our cabin area was also not clean

According to its price we 3xoected better experience but was not ...

Late by 2hrs and counting. Sealdah rajdhani express is the worst train I have ever traveled in. Food, tea everything is pathetic.

I reside in Ahmedabad. As I wanted to experience the so called premium and fastest train - Rajdhani Express, we travelled all the way to Vadodara to board the train to Ernakulam in 3rd AC after paying hefty amount as fare.

But to my surprise, I could not find any difference in the compartment, seats and other services as compared to other trains(which charged just 50% of the fare we paid to Rajdhani Express). On boarding the train, we had to call the customer care number twice to get our area cleaned up.

They serve the same food both the days during the journey and the quality of food is just average.

Just last week I travel in rajdhani train the experience of food was worst....no taste no quality nothing nd charges wht thy r taking is not small so it's really high time to improve the quality of food nd menu both....else i m

seeing that day where PPL will not take there meal in train nd it will be big loss to

Government nd PPL if thy dnt improve we need to take this step nd stop taking food frm them .......we r ready to pay thn u must be ready to SERVE tht is the rule of service industries

When i visited through rajdhani , very nice service they gave me but at last they just do one thing which i think is the worst and i will never visit again , Actually what happened is i sped Rs.3600 for 2 persons with food , but the quality of seats was the worst , Their staff service was very good , Food was Not bad , But at last a person came and said please give me " Some Kharcha paani " and i was like " Kya " . He is asking me to give some money just as a tip and he asked everyone in the train which was the worst thing.

By the time the train reaches its second day of travel , the toilet floors are floating with water, poor slope, the dustbins are overflowing, passegers throw remaining bottles and waste on the floor, under the seats

I m sorry to say that servise was very bad today the service man was drunk and misbehaved with us..

Also our food was not delivered to us where as rajdhani official site says that food will be given, while booking ticket food was been selected..

The food was not of good quality, and same thing was given in lunch and dinner. There was no charging port on passage seat. Toilet was ok. Tc and and pantry people was of good nature.

We Travelled by Madgaon Nizzamuddin yesterday and the food Quality and Quantity has gone down terribly. Initailly you would get a welcome drink and the menu would be appetising with Snacks and stuff from good Brands like haldirams and britania.

This time they gave snacks from snacks from some weird brand, no welcome drink, Water was provided but it wasnt from Rail neer it was from some bad Brand. Staff kept asking for tip after Service. A very pathetic experience. .

I regret paying so much money to travel Rajdhani. It better to order food online in train they simply waste money.

My first experience was that of 1990, Howrah to New Delhi. Today I'm writing this while in train in Rajdhani Exp from Delhi to Chennai. Gone are the standards of coaches, food, cleanliness, service, waiters and their behavior. Food is no where near what it was in quantity, quality and service. Of course charges have steadily gone up. Even with another six hours of travel to complete, a waiter has come to me pleading to tip him well at the end of the journey. In the 90s all that the waiter did was to come around with a tray and not a word was spoken. Only good memories but sad to see such poor standards. Food packets also come with gravy spilt in the tray, which is half full and not warm enough. Mostly the same curry with minimal taste and no variety. May be one should not live in old memories!!
