Worst customer service, without delivered the product they update "Product has been delivered". Infibeam is not process oriented, not proffessional and we cannot trust on their services.

Choode any another better option, you will absolutely regret for it.

I ordered a product on 5th Feb. Today is 2nd Mar. Till date nothing delivered.

Ordered amount is deducted via netbanking on 5th Feb. Received only one update via email on 5th Feb that my order has been created and will be delivered in next few days.

I called customer care after 3 week waiting and they refuse to cancel the order and refuse to refund the amount. Till date nothing delivered yet as well.

Update - 4th April - After many times with their customer service representatives, I have finally got my refund.

I have ordered Prestige water purifier by using the SBI Credit Card points. It's been delivered very late by giving us silly reasons.

When the package has been opened, I found out that the product delivered was defective. I'm attaching few images for reference. I do have a video of opening the package which was recorded for memories because my 3 year old daughter is trying to cut open the package. Hope that video file will be large in size, still I can attach if you think that the given reference images are not satisfactory.

I tried calling your support number from your website but that was not reachable. So I have wasted time by contacting the support of prestige and SBI. Prestige executive visited and inspected the product and explained to contact you.

Packing was very good so there are no chances of damaging during transit. I hope it was packed even if it was damaged.

1st Feb- there was a automatic response to mail by saying will require 7 days to resolve the issue and when i tried to check the status, again today they are asking for another 7- 10 days.

If not getting solution in next 7 days will visit the consumer court.

I ordered a book through infibeam in 31st Dec. As per their website and email I received, the book should be delivered in 7-8 days. But after 8 days I received a message saying that it has been shipped and will reach me by another 4-5 days. I waited. But I didn't received any calls or messages or emails from them or delivery person. I called customer care and asked about this. They said they were unable to deliver as they can't contact me. I gave an additional number. Again waited for some more days.called customer care again. Still they said they were unable to reach me. I almost called 10 times to customer care and then I decided to cancel the order. I placed cancellation request in 22 Jan. They said I will receive my money once the product has reached back. Till the date ( 11 Feb) the order has not been cancelled and I didn't received my money back. They are such a shameless guys that I keep on mailing them and contacting them and they are just making some excuses. Such a horrible experience I will never suggest anyone this website for online shopping.

I have booked an elle decor's one year subscription on Infibeam in Nov'18 and the services rendered by the ecom company is pathetic. They have never delivered any of the month's issue on time. Every time I have to make numerous calls and mails to get my book delivered at my door. Also they have not delivered Aug- sept'18 issue saying the subscription has been expired. They cheat customers like anything.Please don't use this website for ordering anything.

Used one time infibeam.com I order a speaker but they deliverd me defected speaker I pair with my device but not work properly so I try to return but no return policy so I call customer service but don't got any response very bad site for online shopping I really dissapointed.

Like others I also have nothing good to say about these motherfuers. They didn't dispatch my order even on the day of delivery, forget about on time delivery. It's filled with bunch of looser and fued up mind people who would just make fake promises. They were lucky that they were not in front of me while I was talking to them otherwise I would have chocked them because their services annoyed me that much. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, not even to my enemy.

Never deal with infibeam . You will not get a refund after the cancellation of the order . Fraud Website.

Deal with branded websites like Amazon, Flipkart. I had the worst experience with Infibeam.

Neven ship product within expected delivery date. Frankly saying Fraud Fraud Fraud Website.

I share my experience for Infibeam. I subscribed for the magazine in September 2017. And the customer service told me that I will receive the first copy after 45 days i.e. I will the Oct 17 copy.

After continuous followups, I received my copy in Nov 17 and now I waiting for Dec 17, Jan 18, and Feb 18 copies.

I have send the reminders through emails but all useless. Customer care is pathetic they don't have the answers.

In all I feel, this is a fake website and they are cheaters who are looking for extracting the money.

Beware of this site and never ever order anything.

I don't want to give any star.

I had ordered for a product which needed an upgrade. Tried consecutively several times in their customer care number. No response. Even the mail sent did not receive a satisfactory reply. I am wondering how they react to after sales calls. I had done the payment and now needs a refund. Feeling that I have been cheated. Useless site, in my case. 0% reliable.

Infibeam.com is an E-Commerce website where you can buy different types of product like all other websites. Few years back, I was planning to buy an android phone and I reached this website via an advertisement. I found my product and placed the order because they gave me a deal I could not refuse. But the real story starts now.

After placing the order they gave me 10 days delivery time. I was fine with that but the delivery came on the 15th day. I was very dissatisfied then. Moreover when I cont6acted the service center for enquiry they never gave me actual reason for the delay. They only said it was a technical issue and some shipping problem. I don’t have any choice except waiting so I waited for few more days for delivery.

The product quality is good. They delivered at least a genuine product. But my trust and reliability was gone after this incident. The app and website is fine but worthless if the backend work is not done properly.

Infibeam.com is an e-commerce site where you can buy different products like other e-commerce websites. But this website is different from others. Today I will share my experience with this website. I was using a multimedia phone and planned to switch to an android device.

It was back in 2014 when Micromax Canvas Elanza 2 was just launched in the market. It fits into my budget and the value for money which I was getting from the device was excellent so I finally ordered the phone from infibeam.com as it was cheaper in this site. They said it will be delivered within 7-10 days, so I was eagerly waiting for my first android phone. But after 7 days when I tracked the product it was far away from me. Then I called customer support of infibeam and asked for my product delivery. They said I will be receiving it late because of some technical issues. So I waited for another week and again I called the support and they made the same excuse. I was so angry at that time I cancelled the order. Finally I bought that phone from a retailer shop which was in new market, Kolkata.

Customer support was disgusting, they were just misguiding me. Delivery was worst, I have never faced such a delay in delivery. I never received the product from them so I cannot actually tell whether they deliver original or fake products but the phone which I bought from store was very nice. There is nothing interesting in their website. Same old story. This is one of the worst website I have ever ordered a product from. This is not at all a reliable website. I don’t recommend this website to anyone. It’s better to buy from amazon or flipkart or other reputed websites.

In the moder sociality online shopping is at top in which a number of online shopping wesites are available infibeam is one of them company guys it is totally worst website they are cheat customer their products are fake delivery time is so long about 10 days and the product quality is so bad even they not delivered the same product as the shows there app and website are having less facility then amazon and flipkart so I am used always amazon so guys dont beleive on infibeam they are not able to beleived on them

I used this website and I got my delivery on time. I purchased a book on Christmas offer I got a good deal from Infibeam.infibeam have good book collection with international books also which is not available on Amazon.i am happy customer. Thanks you Infibeam.

No Doubt, Infibeam is among the best websites. I am using it since a long ago. This website is all about everything which one needs on daily basis which includes Mobile Phones, Computer, Books, Personal Care, Home Furnishing, etc.

But since many year, One Problem is also consistent which is compatibility of this website with mobile safari browser. I have tried many ways to so that this wrbsites works best in my phone but I could not resolve the problem yet.

Even Animations of this website doesn’t seems to be working on my phone. Having this experience is the worst thing ever when you cannot do anything.

Other thing in this website like Variety of product and Price for the products are also fair. We cannot say that they charge high or less. they actually charge a reasonable price.

I think they must do something to improve the compatibility of this website. Although its a good website.

I used this site only once and stopped furthur shopping due to bad experience. This site has very low variety of products. Their customer service not respond to most of thr queries. When I tried to contact them for some stock related query they not answer my question. Their product quality is good because they have varified seller. They sell genuine products. Although they have very less ptoducts as compared to other shopping sites. Delivery of products usually delay because they use cheap courier services. Also their products are awailable only for few postal codes and in most of the areas cod( cash on delivery is not awailable. The design of app and website are not too much user friendly. A new user felt it difficult to learn their terms and conditions. This site is good in terms of reliability. Most of its products are original and there is very less chances for fake product. Also some products are listed at very low prize.

When I was seeking for a product and this product was available on Infibeam as shown on Google so I go on the page of Infibeam and view that product after that the product come up in the cart. Then I used to check out by the payment option after checking out through cash on delivery the product shoes that it is out of stock so there are so many bugs in the Infibeam website so it needs to be improved bad service by Infibeam.

I shopped one time on this website but I got defected mobile from this website so I do not recommend you to purchase the products from this website. I ordered coolpad dazen 1 mobile from this website of refurbished category I purchased it because I wa getting it on 1800 rupees discount. The mobile very good but there was a heating and battery isuue with the mobiles. And I ordered this mobile through my debit card cause I was getting it on discounted price but I did not receive genuine product.

I am fond of shoppinf so I just listened about this site and without any details just ordered a redmi note 3 back cover from this site.

I just want to tell that this site provides the inferior quality items at high price.I just very much disappoints from the interface of the site and faces a problem while ordering my back cover.

The delivery time was long and I had to wait for 16 days for my order.I too had to give delivery charges of rs47 which I was not aware before.

I was mad to order the back cover from this site because within a week the cover became defective because the side part of the cover started to remove and the stickness was loosening day by day.

The cover was looking shiny when I seen on the site but what I get was really horrible.No shine was their and I was thinking it was a second hand product.

Really horrible experience

After seeing an ad on facebook, I decided to look into the website and believe me it offers shiny, unique and attractive products in pictures. I underwent many product lists and decided to buy bluetooth speaker of sony. After placing the order and paying online, they assured me the delivery would be made in less than 5 days but it reached me after 11 or 12 days. I took a look and I saw cracks on the bottom side of the product as if some heavy product was placed on it and after switching it on I came to know that the speaker was heavily damaged. I immediately requested refund and again the person did not showup for another 6 or 7 days and refund was initiated after 5 days. Their customer care, delivery and products are lame, so I suggest you to buy from a shop or from another e commerce platform.
