Domino's Pizza, Edappally, Kochi

So recently me and my best friend went to eat the new found burger pizza at domino's. As we placed the order for two burger pizza I kindly asked the male staff if they had any hot beverage like cappuccino and guess what his reply was "you will get chai in the opposite tea shop, this is domino's here only pizza".

I had a bad cold so I couldnt get my energy together to insult the crap out of him so I dint. As we sat down at the food court I wanted to go complain about this sarcastic staff but thanks to my bestie I was calm. We got the burger pizza in 15mins and it looked exotic and as we tasted it felt like a chicken curry recipe inside the burger pattie but the cheese and the pizza base was new and nice. Next time I see that male staff im going to ask him if they sell vodka. Lets see what his amazing reply will be. Cheers.

What a disappointment at Customer Service at the Domino's Pizza at Lulu Mall Kochi.

Listing down all problems which I faced today at 1:15 PM at the outlet.

1. Based on the Menu, I ordered a large Pizza - NOT AVAILABLE as dough is not available.what ridiculous reasoning!  If you can make a medium size pizza with the same dough, why cant you make a large Pizza. If not doable, why its listed in your menu!

   
   




2. I ordered 2 medium Pizzas. The order will be ready in 15 mts, committed the person who took the order. It took 36 minutes for the Pizza to come. Excellent commitment to timeline.

   
   




3. My Order had a drink along with the order. It was not served and I had to fight with the my receipt copy to get the drink.

   
   




4. You need to ask for glasses. Extra glasses would attract irritating stare from them.

   
   




5. No pepper flakes, dips, tissues. I had to ask for each stuff and that was given in pieces. After a while I lost my appetite to ask for these and just walked away with what ever I got.

   
   

Overall, totally messed up outlet and pathetic customer experience.

If someone from Domino's read this, please make sure these basic things are looked into as we are paying pretty good price for your Pizzas.
