Worst builder to work. They are now doing project in the name of RDB developers. They are not provided enough tool for marketing. They denied salary also after worked for the month.

Worst approach by HR Dinesh denying salary for the month with out given proper time for sales people.

This company will not develop on their own money.

They are cheating RDB developers also.

Worst builder. Poor quality, incomplete projects and fleece you. After purchase they strand their customers after taking maintenance amounts in advance. most Club houses are incomplete not operational. I have seen this with 3 projects this far.

I HAVE BOOKED FLAT TEMPLE WEAVES IN 2018 STILL NO REPLY, NO PROGRESS, NO RESPONSE, AMARPRAKSH IS EXISTING OR IT IS CLOSED WITH THE MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMESR DONT KNOW, ALL ARE LEFT NO ONE IS THERE SIMPLY OFFICE BUILDING IS THERE, THEY CHEATED HARD EARNED MONEY FROM THE PUBLIC AND MADE ALL TO SUFFER IN THE WORST MANNER, THIS CURSE AND KARMA WONT LEAVE THEM, THEY WILL FACE ALL THE WORST THINGS, THEY ARE NEVER BOTHERED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER WHO PURCHASED THE FLAT BASED ON THEIR FALSE PROMISES AND PAYING EMI WITH LOT OF PAINS THIS PAINS, MENTAL AGONY OF ALL WILL WIPE OUT THEM, THE KARMA WILL NO WAY TO ESCAPE.MY SUGGESTION IS NEVER EVER THINK TO PURCHASE ANY THING FORM AMARPRAKASH.

Brought the flat in Palm Rivera, promised many delivery timelines.but nothing happened so far.

I took a flat in Feb, 2017 in Temple Waves J Block, somehow they convinced to disburse the whole amount from Bank,

Its been 3+ years, construction stage seems worst and no way to deliver the unit anytime nearby next 1 or 2 years.

Am paying huge EMI everymonth, Bank said its not their responsibilities and Unable to reach those useless management and No one answering the call or never reply to mail as well.

Anotger thing construction designing is good.

I saw recently this builder constructed in kundrathoor. Its like so beautiful atmosphere and design looks like calm life there. Keep building raised as soon as possible. My only query is pls sale the flat at affordable price thank u

I purchased a flat in Mar 2014 with a false delivery promise on June 2015. Got the flat on April 2017. Maintenance charged is Rs.2700 per month without any amenities.They promised Rs.15000 rent but hardly we get Rs.10000 and we have to bear the maintenance.Very far from Chrompet but builder is claiming property is at Chrompet.Amarprakash are ultimate fraudsters or leeches who suck blood out of people. Do not buy flat from them. Marketing sold flat saying we can use open parking free of cost, but once inside they are charging for open parking. BEWARE!!!! DON'T BUY FLAT FROM THEM

I booked a flat in temple waves on 2014 under the promise that they will deliver the flat between January 2016- March 2016, finally they asked me to collect the keys on March 2019 but after making a late payment fee of 2.35lacs, when I had requested for a complete waiver, they gave me only 35% waiver. I had showed them that the delay was not by me and it was bank that was responsible for it. Their interest calculations are also wrong. In spite of so many mails and reminder they are not responding to my mails since its a deliberate tactics to dishearten the customer and give up their claim. Can anyone suggest me what is the best way to deal with this issue. I have paid all my dues ( 100%) payment 5months back and still waiting for a reply from t

Good apartments are in Amarprakash. I visited many places for ongoing apartment projects and visited the Temple Waves project. The cost of the apartments was in line with my budget.

Easy loan approved, and the staff was very helpful. The project is near the airport and has no pollution or traffic.

Affordable price in a great location, I thank Amarprakash for the temple waves project for middle-income people like me.

They make excellent homes around Chrompet and the quality is excellent. Strongly suggests amarprakash for their apartment projects.

Very good and customer friendly with a fair and transparent dealings. Have delivered what they promised.

As I bought my first house in their residential project. In fact, I was expecting more than 6 months, but it was worth it, considering the finishes and amenities provided.

I feel happy to buy a 2 bhk apartment here in Thirumudivakkam, whereas at the time of buying I thought it was a huge investment, but if the construction takes time and I have to wait, now I am happy to say that the structure and elevation are nice and that I witness a good appreciation of the property here at this location. Most of all the staff were friendly and treated us well. Good and dedicated people who explained all the details of the project.

I have brought a flat in Royal castle chrompet from amarprakash. I have completed the full payment process almost one year before, still I did not receive my flat key. I am paying EMI for the loan which I have taken, for which I did not even receive the flat key. Atleast if I am getting the key I would have Given the flat for Rent. This would be helpful for me to reduce the burden of EMI. I am facing lot of loss due to this delay. I hope this will be helpful for others who is planning to purchase home in amarprakash.

I want to tell onething to the management, please respect the customers who has purchased home from you, instead of focusing on cheating new customers.

The handover was right on time and we are really impressed, the apartment looks really awesome and the amenities and features are spectacular. Electricity and water is abundantly available and maintenance is spot on. The surrounding and the ambience are very peaceful because they are still under development and the developers have chosen the best location as the setting. The place is filled with trees and plants that let the residents breathe fresh air and enjoy the setting. People of different culture and tradition are living together. The place also looks a bit remote so finding transport facility is a huge hindrance. Despite the connectivity, the city is a bit far away from the residential place.

The design of the apartment looks very decent and gorgeous.

The CRM staff system is very good and the service that they provide is very nice.

The security system is very agile and you can feel safe all the time.Connectivity to ORR and GST roads are very near.

They are very prompt with the Sewage and other sanitary maintenance. The maintenance fair is a bit costly.
