So the call the support: they came and check and said it’s my routers fault so told me change the router. OK so I change my old router to new router and then guess what the speed is same and connection goes and comes. So what’s the use of changing router? If can’t provide proper stable data speed just give up with yours lame excuses.

Never had issues with it during the last 3 years and always gave me more speed than I pay for. Really happy with it, no compliants whatsoever.
Third class, No customer care, no fast internet , no good services, 72 hours no internet, No resolution done

I have used this connection when I was on rent for nearly 1.5 years...to be honest...the best ever internet connection with smoothness in operation and light speed streaming services.
I will be outstation for three months and asked Alliance rep to suspend my connection and refund me unspent amount or credit it when I resume connection. They said no, once I’ve paid money, I won’t get it back.
Totally pissed off.... !!!! There's connection issue every other day. Also the provider don't receive call when we need.
I don't recommend anyone get this .... If you want a good network, look for some other broadband connection.

Every night between 11 pm to 11.30 pm the network connection of my area get disconnected between a particular time and again in the morning the services again return back also in day time many times no network connection... Very worst network connection and nothing gets resolved even after several complaints... Customer care people are also very poor in response... very much unsatisfied.. better go for other network.
Do not buy packages with OTT. They are just bluffing. They will not register you with that platforms. Not trustworthy at all.
If you are working or a student, don't ever make a mistake of installing Alliance. Sometime the line will not work for more than 24hrs
For the last one and half months my net connection is going off in the morning working hour spoiling my whole day work for nearly 5/6 hours. Repeated complaints could not yield any result. Technical team is very smart to close the complaint temporarily. The same problem appears on the next morning as a routine. Got no permanent solution despite repeated communications
No one cares my systems care by operators, GM sales sufficiently to be fixed up. Poor management. Call me on 8420043406, SOUMEN.
I am so fed up of their customer care nos. which is always busy and can never be reached. no waiting option, always got disconnected.
Second, pricing option. I intend to change my plan. Monthly plan option not available, option available only for 6 months+ on a single purchase. I tried all means, not working.

Speed is good but in terms of support its pathetic.no response from local technician and no response from local oprater.if u call 100 times .they will give no response. In my area alliance broadband have monopoly.this is worst broadband in west bengal.i am waiting for my internet connection last 3 days .no one giving any answer .worst service

The most unprofessional customer care service ever. First of all you keep on calling their customer care and 2 out of 10 calls you will get a reply from them. If you try to share your concerns about the service then they will simply drop the call. The local ISP and customer care keep juggling their responsibility and you get no solution. It has been 5 days that I am struggling to get the internet service. Very pathetic!
Alliance can easily be the worst internet provider to exist. The connection is largely unstable and most of the time the connectivity is so slow that a small video takes a lot of time to load

I got connection 2 months ago for 750 rs 100 mbps in Kolkata and it's consistent and reliable.
Alliance depends totally on local operator and that's why it varies from area to area and in my area my lco is very good. All issues are fixed within 2 to 3 hours if there is any issue it arises due to someone or something tearing the fibre cable and not server related issue.
Alliance helpline is rly bad don't call there but instead get your local operators officer number they will fix all issue easily and quickly for free.
Worst service ever .we never expect this kind of service. 3days running we have no wifi connection and supplies are not helping us
I don't have jio or airtel here so the only option is alliance but after paying charges for consecutive 3 months and not getting even 15 min of uninterrupted browsing on my fire tv, I gave up.
