Recently, I bought Maruti Alto Lx from Bimal Auto Agency, Whitefield, Bangalore. I wrote a review about the dealer on the site just a day ago because they had turned indifferent to me after the delivery. Just the next day, the customer care manager of this agency called me regarding the review. He has apologised and rectified the mistakes made by his agency.took the wrong things at his agency seriously. Mouthshut is a great site!
