Don't ever buy gift vouchers from Bangalore Central you end up in a loss and also in case you have gifted it to someone. I had purchased almost a lakh rupee worth of Gift vouchers on behalf of my company and it ended in a major dissatisfaction for everyone. Firstly, they never refund the balance amount even as a credit note to be used later. Secondly, the coupon itself expires after every six months and it is useless after that period. Third and the most important thing in the hostile billing people who would be ready to enter into an argument or fight at a slightest hint. You may end up ruining your day by just shopping there. I think there are far more customer friendly places than this and the place needs to really focus on giving better customer service training to its employees. I have received several complaints from my employees who were given these vouchers and hence decided not to go for Bangalore Central vouchers hence forth.
