I have been an ardent LG appliances follower since decades. So I had replaced my decades old single door whirlpool refrigerator with new LG 360Ltr Refrigerator GLT402JASN in 2020. Its now in 2024 and within just 4 years completion, the Linear Invertor compressor turned defective with piston issues inside as per LG service. LG provides 10 years warranty for the compressor, but it turned to be worse than the traditional refrigerator compressors. I have to now wait for compressor part, then pay for gas filling and also doubled up service visits. I call up the call center for the status of the compressor and they tell me to contact service center, from where I am still waiting for the timeline. I am not sure if LG has forgotten "LIfe's Good" meaning for customer and making Life good for company and the providers by getting time and money out of the customers.
Certainly LG had lost its ardent decade old customer and I will go for other brands in future and also not recommend LG to anyone in my circle.
