I buied Midea front door 7 Kg washer for my daily usage. I bought the machine in the month of august End 2018 and installed on september 2018 by Flipkart free installtion mechanism. After two to three months of span Washer Motor started sparking . I raised complaint for the same and it took almost 1 month just to replace the motor but after replacing as well the product is not at all starting.
I raised complaint in December and they asked that they will replace the motor itself.
But after motor replacement the whole machine got dead. later they started replacing all other parts saying they are faulty. But still all the efforts went in vain.
During the troubleshooting process, they asked me to put only few clothes as the washer is based on wet clothes not based on dry clothes and I came to know that the capacity of the washer is not more than one Jean and one shirt.
Whole machine was bad performed and it a big scam.
Never buy this product in life span.
Bad service and Bad product.
They are not even will the replace the whole product as the product was just 3 months old.
and whole product was damage.
