From Day one, I am getting a loud noise from the refrigerator(model# GL-T422VPZX.EPZZEBN), and it is defective. I have raised several SR’s(RNP240115077989, RNP240131014695, RNP240115077989, RNP231220005660) from December 2023 and until today June 2024 . Fake experienced engineers visited the place once, but was not sure about the issues. No one else visited to repair or service after Sales. I reached out to nodal officer MONICA 9986xxxxx, Area Service Manager Bala9986xx, Branch Service Manager Mr. Ramesh Kumar on his Contact number 9946xx. Unprofessional Engineers like Mr Peter Rajesh # 7760487759 his manager Jagadish # 973xxx. Backend Support Team called and asked me to cancel the request .
I have sent hundreds of emails to MD office, CEO office and contacted the LG support more than 100 times through email and Whatz up but no use . I have all the recordings and going to file an consumer complaint. Product is still under warranty and no service is provided. No one reached out to my house for repair and they cancelled /closed all of my service request tickets .
I was reading the negative reviews in mouthshut and it is all true about LG products. DONT BUY .
No response to calls, emails, or whatz up chat. I have all the proof and have shared the reference video of the issue. I need the repair or replacement ASAP. I guess they have the process and system for fooling the customer.
My only hope is now Consumer Court. Shame on LG electronics. It has made the lifer miserable and NOT GOOD.
