Within a year of purchase this microwave CT644M from Panasonic started giving trouble. In my opinion Panasonic used to be a good brand, that is why without researching much I bought this product.
It was a big mistake. Paid 14000 for it and after a year it started to make a loud noise and stopped working. The service guy changed some part, charged 3000 for it and seven months later same sound again. I don’t know how much I will have to pay this time. They don’t even offer a warranty on the service or the parts changed. Worst company ever. Wouldn’t get a Panasonic product home ever again even if offered free!
