LG as a company can not treat INDIAN customer with compassion and EMPATHY. They just treat Indian market as bunch of dumb people with money.
DON'T BUY THIS TV. I purchased this OLED TV for ₹1, 40, 000, and within just two years, vertical lines started appearing on the screen.
When I contacted customer service, I was shocked to learn that the cost to replace the screen is the same as buying a brand-new TV.
It’s extremely frustrating to invest in a premium product and then face such a major defect in such a short period. Paying the same amount again for a repair feels unreasonable and unfair. Personally, I would not recommend this TV to anyone given the poor durability and high maintenance costs.
Also no one will listen to you people are rude and don't even care about the customers. Once product is sold that it . they are simply not interested in listening to customer and their plight.
