I booked two DTCP plots from them for a price of Rs.2550 per sqft and Rs.2525 per sqft in Varsha garden padur. Initially I was told that I can register for Rs.500 per sqftand pay the remaining money in black. Later they said government has fixed it for Rs.1500 per sqft.So I need to register for 1500. Later they said I need to register for Rs 1875 per sqft. After few inquiries, we came to know from Saali Bhai(GM), that they have paid income tax for Rs.1500 per sqft. One caveat is they asked us to give DD for Rs.1500 per sqft and registration 11% of Rs 1875 per sqft. When checked with lawyer they said, this company is trying to make white money. So they increasing the guideline value. My deal was with Devi and Siva and later Saali came in. Later, came to know that it is not DTCP but only an approval from panchayat. They are not ready to return my advance of Rs.20, 000.However, I am going to file a compliant and proceed legally. This review is to help other before booking any plot from them.

They have got a good office with decent people to answer the queries of budding buyers.

They are putting up a Gated Community Plots called Thirumal Nagar near East Tambaram which is a flourishing area surrounded by schools, colleges and MNCs.

The total area is around 8 acres with 159 plots of varying sizes are beautifully designed and just 10 minutes away from Tambaram.

This particular location will fetch a good rental income since the prestigious Air Force Station Tambaram is situated nearby and the want of house in this area is very good.

The field staff are very talented and deal with the customers with utmost courtesy.

Overall Vishwak Properties are providing very good residential plots very near to Chennai and it is time to grab it.
