Raja Uday and Co, Bangalore

I selected this builder in 2006 since their project, Raja rajeshwari Niwas was one of the first project in the are and I was getting transferred there.

I was referred by my Infosys colleague and after my visit to the apartment I quickly realized the advantages of the design and amenities and I love it to date.It is one of the better ones even after 6 years.

I recently met Mr.Raja Uday Shankar for my personal issue and realized his company is now called A.Q.B Projects pvt LTD (A.Q.B Group) , I loved their new projects so much that I ended up buying one.

It is then that I realized that, this company/Mr.Raja Uday Shankar is probably one of the easiest and honest builders I have met.So I came to write a review about them.

Honestly for me, as a middle class man, the above is the most important and I wish to share is with my fellow people.

I give him and his new company A.Q.B Projects , full marks and recommend people to see/buy their new projects.
