Implemation rate of pranay investment so bad. Staff courtsy very bad and also customers service too very bad. Pranay investment not care his customers problem deeply. His staff courtsy and behaviour very bad for all customers. He dont care about his customers problem always full of egoness and not support the his customers problem because maine reason is pranay investment customers service is very lazy poor bad and not good .

Product implementation rate is so high too .so I totally unsatisfied to this pranay investment staff courtsy .

Hi guys I am going to share you my own experience regarding this pranay builder one day I visited this builder office Office was so good and employees also treat me as a very close and very best guest they have provide me all the information regarding their policies and their services and there maintenance and the investment explain me all best prices and best things regarding their project even single letter also not said bad about there project and I also thought at that time this is very good builder and I came right place to invest my money finally I invest my money there and I had taken one flat 2BHK on 5th floor flat was good that time I was very happy for couple of months after couple of months issue was going to create water pipeline was not good water is leaking anywhere on this building then we raise a complaint to everyone nobody can response properly it's very difficult to communicate with that Concern person nobody is giving proper response then I was realise how it is good even there is lot of power issues and lift issues couple of months left work good but after that lift was blocked nobody can response regarding that also everyday I was raising a complaint regarding this all the things but nobody can taken seriously afterwards I got someone good builder now I am very very happy here since 3 years but that was my very worst and bad days or bad experience on that flat so I suggest you to go and search good one Builders so that you can live happy till die . im not like this builder beause I have own experiences on hes bad service

Here I want to share my experience about this builders. I had been stayed in this apartment for few months. For me it was not comfortable at all.

The customer service is too pathetic. If we are telling any complaints they won't give any proper response. For contacting them was also very difficult. They won't attend the calls or give no reply.

Even the staffs are also not helpful. They won't consider customers plans and ideas. They are not well maintaining the entire building.

The product implementation rate is very costly. For the common people it is not affordable. They are charging high price for every implementation.

So I am not satisfied with this builders.

This is proved to be worst builders of mumbai interms of providing a good customer service to their customers in a better way.

The customer executive do not bother about the customer problems they done whatever they want.They do not solve the problem of the customer and they even don't talk to the customer nicely.This is one of the worst customer service from PRANAY INVESTMENT.

The attitude of the staff is also very very bad and they talk very rubbishly to their customers.Sometimes they use offensive words and turn voilent to their customers.

The price for doing the work so high and expensive.All the people could not afford to heir such an expensive builder.Apart from that their services according to the prices were cheap.

I think you have all know that pranay investments. 43 deccan court, s.v road, Bandra west, Mumbai. It have buy a apartment two years ago in this building constructions.

I have brought this apartment with lot of money 34, 00, 00. But it is waste for that cost because my family didnt like this design and model. The painting is not good. And the doors are repaired.

And some time the sand is falling from the walls and the insurance also not for the apartment.

So I suggest that please once you have to inquire before buying any saits or apartments
