Declining Quality of Hoysala Projects

Review On Hoysala Projects, Kochi

My Father-in-law bought an apartment in Kakannad, Kochi for the Project Hoysala Nestor which was completed on time. Therefore my husband decided to buy from the same builder a 1255 sq. ft(2.5 BHK) flat in Hoysala EVM in Kakkanad, Kochi(1 to 2 km from Hoysala Nestor). The Project began is mid-2013 and the completion time was specified as Dec, 2015. This was dragged to Dec, 2016 then to March, 2017. Now they say that it will only be completed by Dec, 2017. Only 3 stages of work schedule after plastering are remaining that include tiling, painting, finishing, wood work, etc. Yet they are delaying the project.

The previous staff was cordial but the present staff handling Hoysala EVM hardly replies to our questions. May be due to delay in the project. The reasons that they give are like contractor problems, which they might have shifted to some other project.

From the time of Hoysala Nestor to Hoysala EVM, their marketing quality has improved though.

In my father-in-law's Nestor flat, leakage and cracks are recently observed from the walls. Similar complaints have been received from other flats owners in Nestor.
