I have visited lots of community in Hyderabad as I am finding 3 bhk for my family with all the ammenties. I found a project the art by giridhari Homes. The art is my dream home. I visited the art the community is full of luxury ammenties such as luxury swimming pool gym and golf putting zone. And the main attraction is they are promoting greenery that is much important in today's world.

Giridhari Homes provide best apartment I have ever lived in. Not only are the amenities amazing, but the staff is the best in the business. When I bring friends/family over immediately they are blown away by the lobby, then we go to the rooftop and the pool and they are speechless. The view is awesome, the pool is great, and then we get to grill for the night!

Since there has been a massive delay in the developer ascertaining the state government regarding the interest to build up a project and the developer receiving relevant funds for the build up of same, developers are not provided Completion Certificate and that has led to the developers raising the price of projects.

They assured us that there will be green spaces and an open area, but there was nothing of that sort and we were obviously very disappointed because of that.

As compared to the previous years, it has been seen that the flat rates are on the upsurge when compared for their interest rates as well. This has led to many of the flats lying unsold and it has been seen that the developers are always in the rush to sell these flats and upsell these in the auctions that follow.

The land on which the project is built is slum rehabilitation land and in the coming months people from the slums will come and live in the building. This is a big thing, yet they never mentioned this before.

There are many cases where the buyers just unintentionally come up with unrealistic deadlines in their written offer implying that the agent should further propose to reinforce a suitable deadline which also additionally gives the agent a control.

They have not been answering our calls and emails for years and the project does not seem to be starting as well. It is really bad that all our hard-earned money has gone to waste.

Since the developers have been charging excessive on the prices of homes with attempts to increase the margin and with the intention to retain buyers, it is very common that the developers have been excessively loaded with real estate apartments in the luxury home segments.

I am planning to buy a new flat and searched almost all new constructions but didnt like .due to my personal reasons like vastu complaint and space and price.

But when I approached giridhari constructions they received well.understood my requirements and patiently showed me all available flats as per my requirement.
