Fire Luxur Developers Private Limited, Bangalore

I am an owner of Aurora villa. At the time of sale task promises we made on maintaining top quality. Today, after paying 70% of the value, I am being arm twisted to pay up the balance. The workmanship is inferior and substandard - leaking walls, cracked doors, shoddy wood work, crooked walls. The worst part is no one is willing to listen or correct. The sole focus is to pay up. We are feeling harrassed and cheated. Any views?

Empyrean Phase 2 seems to be shaping up well n builder claiming another 100+ families expected to move in few months time. Builder has to get little more quicker in delivering the villas to the customers asap. In recent discussions over other portals registrations have begun for Phase 2.

Though travel time seems still a major issue but newly proposed highway upgradation brings sign of relief over a period of time for its residents.

This is one of the worst experiences of our lifetime. This was when Empyrean had just been launched. After extensive discussion and research we decided to buy a courtyard house in this project. This was going to be our first home, that my wife and I were buying.

We paid the initial INR 75000/- down payment and waited for the next steps of agreement etc. For the next 6 months we went through a hellish experience with Fire Luxur, promoters of this company. This project consisted of courtyard homes and villas. A courtyard home was a 2 story house with one three bedroom home on each floor. This was much cheaper than the villas they had. For reasons best known to them Fine Luxur decided to do away with the courtyard homes without any reason.

The worst part was their executive who was always reachable on phone and mobile just would not take our calls now. They did not even inform us on what was happening. After 6 months of constant emails and threats that I made on emails, we were called and returned our money with no interest! I was livid with anger but held it in. It was a bitter lesson for us not to get carried away by large size advertisements and promises of big property fund names (Fine Luxur).

For new first time buyers my advice is to buy after a certain level of readiness and work has commenced on a project. In India don't always associate big names with quality and commitment even if the brands may be international.
