The residents of Adi Emerald site at Masjid Banda Hyderabad, were pleasantly surprised to see the approaching car of the builder Sri Adi Reddy garu but Lo and behold the surprise was short lived as he did not come with plans to complete the jinxed project but to strong arm the resident to withdraw the reviews on Mouth shut .As the timely reviews alerted the Bangalore investors, by hook or crook he wants the reviews be removed. When confronted by the unity among the cheated investors he came up with yet another promise to complete the project by 30/11/2016.
We at Adi Emerald Masjid banda Hyderabad, SALUTE the investors of Bangaloe for their vigilance and Mouth shut for their services to the society by exposing the builder’s fraud on the dreams of senior citizens of owning an apartment.

How did I get duped so late in life this is what is bothering me, what fooled me- is it the impeccable family back ground of the builder Adi Sathi Reddy, the silky talk or the LIC Housing Finances’ approval of the ADI EMERALD project of Srinilaya ambiance of Lahari Resorts Masjid Banda Gachibouli Hyderabad with which the land lord ALAPATI is associated .I have invested my hard earned retirement benefits for down payment and asked my son to buy this flat in Adi Emerald venture of Srinilaya Builders, convincing him that the builder belongs to a respectable family.
The LIC HOUSING Finance in connivance with the builder released 100% payment with out completing even 75% of the project. The overhead water tank is not completed.the duct dooms are not done, the cellar parking, the second lift, corridors, staircase railings name the common area work it is incomplete or not initiated at all like the swimming pool and meditation hall. I am sure he had promised all these in the ADI NORTH LAKE Bangaluru project as well INVESTORS BEWARE. After collecting 100% payment handed over the keys to me but not the occupancy letter. As regards internal work of the flat after paying 100% to the builder I had to pay the painter, plumber to get the works done apart from the part payment for the tiles as the builder was not coming to the site and not paid to the painter, plumber etc.
If only Srinilaya flat owners at Haffizpet Hyderabad had posted some reviews instead of suffering in private 50 investers would have been saved from the builders claws.
It is said that the team is as good or as bad as the captain, I say this because once the booking is done it is near impossible to get through to the BUILDER MAHARAJ so B E W A R E I N V E S T O R S.
