We have the house in ramky group .it is awesome good response from staff, till we receive the house .the maintenance is so good .my suggestion is to take the house in ramky groups

I like a few things of this project,

Sales Staff is genuine they will not force you to buy their home

they will reply to your queries every time you ask something

they are fast.

they are quite near to Kukatpally, which is the center of Hyderabad.

I think that now adays as the technology is growing and all things are getting digital the money ranges also increases and if we go to mumbai to buy a 1 bhk house it is more then 80 lacks but this place is very wonderful and you can buy this property for you investments purpose and it will be beneficial for our families it range from 45 lakhs and it is the lucky chance and in future we will enjoy it we should always see that after investing in it in future the value will be double and best thing for people who are employees or daily wage person

Overseas clients beware of turning into a new customer if you're not one yet.

client Services are appalling. customer service representatives are terribly rude, they have a lot of egos and don't respect their customers. the relationship Manager System was replaced with platinum Services that is a total flop system with very bad employees recruited into it.

customer service representatives wouldn't mind insulting customers to shield their own false status. cs representatives discomfited their own supporting employees too particularly their own sales group.

They claim to be international however don't need to be even enclosed in the international list the least bit.

they have typical dehati(rural) stubborn attitude. By hook or crook, they'd prefer to make cash. they're terribly correctional. They charge you cash directly with simply 2 weeks notice. If a client fails to pay direct cash in 2 weeks time(especially for overseas customers it's terribly troublesome as there are much range of issues with gift prevailing industry in India) they're going to charge their customers with large admin fee and 100 percent interest. They solely implement the principles of RERA that are advantageous to them ignoring the customers' blessings set down in RERA. until date, they need not passed on claimed material GST to their customers nevertheless.

Indian government and Hyderabad building dominant authorities ought to come back hard on them to shield India's image within the world.

I'm very troubled that they'll ruin India's image if they venture to enter into international assets market.

I do know that it'd are nice if I might have placed a similar matter mild format however felt that it's not priced wasting my valuable time to shield the builder who has a very dangerous metallic element in site. It has been many a times that the builder has failed to give positive feedback in regards to the usage of the terrace space. It is the tenants now who are confused if or not they will be able to contact the builders since they have the ownership.

Very poor quality control . Authoratarian attitude. Support services during warranty very poor. Be watchful. Problem in plumbing and water supply system is predominant . Tendency to avoid complaint resolution during warranty period . Not worth the Name and reputation.

We were vendor of Ramky 1.5 years back and provided our services for approx 2 years. Ramky was working for Indiabulls project in sector 115 Gurgaon. When we started working with Ramky it was good, the flow of payment was great but after 14 months they slowed the flow of payment and when we stopped workink with Ramky we have due of Rs. 10 Lakh which Ramky has to pay us. When we interacted with the accounts department they said we are not getting regular payments from Indiabulls and this matter is 1 year old now and they still not paid even single ruppee. How can we say they are great builders? who increases their bank balance by doing frauds with their vendors. They are cheaters also Ramky is a fraud company.

I work in a Ramky tower. It is one of the worst buildings I have ever seen. It seem like they have bought an old building, painted it and passed it as a new one.

All the care about is till they make the sale. Then, you are just no one to them . The building has the worst maintenance. The AC is one among them. It will be too cold in winters and hot in summers even when the AC is turned on. After chasing them for months, we have get our own technician to correct the AC.

The lifts are the worst ever I have seen. It looks like they haven't paid "JOHNSONS" properly so they just done sub-standard work and put their own reputation at stake. If ever the lifts properly, if will be called a "MIRACLE".

These buildings do not have CC Cameras on the stairs, lifts or on the empty floors. So, if you wish to have a quick session, you can just go to an empty floor and enjoy.

They just use sub-standard materials for every thing. Even olx will reject their buildings if ever I can be done. They are such an useless piece of junk.

If you ever have to buy a Ramky out of desperation, take the ground or first floors. Then only you will be able to escape 50% of pains of using a Ramky.

Ramky construction company is a very good construction group in Hyderabad. It is south Indians company's. But its management is very bad, they are not maintaining proper safety rule because last weak one more accident happened in Bhubaneswar Odisha. They are not giving payment timely to staff. As per my opinion company is very good but management very waste.

They are very good in their work and provide satisfaction service to their customer. They are very good with their customers and help in making decisions easy. Customer service is good.

I have seen their works and I am really impressed with their projects implementation. They are quite famous here as they offer their service in rural places too.

Staff working here are very lovable and have very good impression on almost everyone. They are trust-able.

When I first read dipikakhurana’s review(Ramky Towers - cheap and for a lot of reasons.

Latest now is the highest maintenance cost in the entire world!  With sky high water tanker charges, the costliest sewage treatment plant in the world . And also the expensive lift maintenance contract the builder again cheated buyers on.It now costs Rs 3.4 per sq ft to maintain this piece of*. So at least 6, 800 to 8, 000 rupees on top of the rent.

For what? well. read the other reviews. not the fake ones Ramky paid some idiots to post.but by a real residents.

Looks like my other friends also forgot to talk about the residents. thanks to being cheated continuously and getting to know new problem everyday. some of them seem to have some psychiatric problems as well.

To make up for their life time saved money sunk here. many of the women spend time bitching about each other. about clothes, how much money they spend on stupid items. north vs south Indians.

Reading the discussion forum emails is nice entertainment.  one day someone complains about vomit from upper floor. then another one about garbage, water thrown from top etc.Once even a cat fell on a boy from upper floor LOL:-D

Once an uncle gave his car to a wife’s cousin he wanted to impress. who lost control and ran over 2 other ladies at peak school bus time with children around the place. Did they help their injured neighbours?  Say sorry at least? Not at all. “we have money to take care of this” was the response.  And same family sent email on forum few days later begging their neighbours to reduce maintenance fee on their duplex apartment.

So you get really wonderful neighbours also here, with all the other fun!

At first conversation, renting here seems a good deal.  At Rs 20, 000( for <2, 000 sqft size) to Rs. 25, 000( larger apartments) and for the location, not bad maybe.  Then you learn of the high maintenance charges( Rs. 2.5/sqft, so Rs. 5, 000/month minimum) .  Then you find out the maintenance does not include the high electricity charges( Rs. 6/unit at near industrial rates+ generator backup at Rs 20/unit) because the builder did not install a residential connection.  LPG, water charges of 1, 000/month also add up. A nice caste system has also developed in the following hierarchy:

( 1) Owners: Who want to pass on the cost of buying a high priced, poorly constructed, illegally registered property to tenants. They could have put into FD the amount they paid, and easily made twice the amount they get as rent.  But greed follows little logic.

( 2)  Tenants: Who pay the above landlord class for taking on the trouble of now maintaining an apartment they were wise enough not to buy. The maintenance amount is finally only for an absolutely “kaamchor” Ramky team which first tries to pass on the work to other equally kaamchor teams( civil team, external vendor etc etc.) or blames you for creating the problem yourself.  And failing that - blame back to you for “not following up enough” after you give up frustrated, by not acting on your complaint for ages! So except for simple leaky taps, fixing lights or jammed doors - don’t expect much to get done.

And thanks to the caste system - if you are an owner you are sometimes listened to.  If you are a tenant - everything is your fault in the first place. Here, as a tenant you will be looked down upon.

So leaky roofs, rat infested garbage chutes, rats running around in corridors and making their way into your homes via poorly planned AC/plumbing inlets, parking basement stinking of sewage and arrogant maintenance staff are your daily social life.

Club house you say?  Gym equipment is all already broken.  In summers swimming pool is closed weeks at a stretch because every owner and his country cousin come soak their cowdung caked feet into the pool, dangerously contaminating the water.

If you are being told of 70% open space - all you get is a thin strip of grass along the compound wall.  There are only 2 small play areas for 6 towers of 19 floors. Everywhere else children compete for space with vehicles.

Medical shop?  You will be luck if crocin or band aid are in stock., Daycare? 2 dozen kids crammed into small room that also has a toilet and kitchen! . Grocery store and snacks outlet work fairly OK - luckily outsourced to professional outfits as of now.

So yes, if you are in market for a high priced slum, go ahead and rent( or worse, buy) here! If location is important to  you, there is Meekashi, NCC Urban, BK Solitaire etc+ new ones coming up in the exact same location as well.
