aajkal Sugar bahut costly ho gayi hai isliye iska taste bitter lag raha hai.
aap ab Sugar bikul nahi khana aur Daru bhi chhod do kyonki Daru peene se jo Glucose ander banat hai woh direct sugar intake se many times worst saabit hota hai........
