Trust - is a moving force of all consumer market nowadays. Whether u trust a single brand or not means will this brand survive or not.
And if some time ago companies were not aware of the social media, trust marketing might - right now they've sharpen their PR weapons and went public on web.
But how to define in this huge amount of info generated on web which is trustworthy and which is not?
Now you can only be sure of ones post origin if you created it yourself.
