Have you ever thought that somewhere in the world sitting with his laptop might be thinking of you. You have never met, not even talked on phone and had no clue that some day destiny might plan you both to start knowing each other. Well my today's blog is about a mail sent by a guy living far away in New York to a girl hailing from a small town and working in a metro city called Hyderabad.
I know you might be thinking about the reason behind the mail from one stranger to another. So it all starts with how the guy till now has interacted with the whole family via mail over his interest of marrying the lil daughter of the family. Yes he saw her picture at some xyz matrimonial profile and liked her. The conversations happening till now were with the elder sister as she is the one who would decide whether he is really good or no.
He send out emails to them describing about his past, schooling etc and has a very positive attitude. He keeps on asking about that girl too is almost all his emails. The last mail sent to the sister asks for permission to have a word with the girl if possible. After some background check n stuff the mail I'd is exchanged with him. And after few hours the first mail to the girl comes. I know we cannot judge people by few mails or some conversations happened online but as we say " first impression is the last impression". And the first impression about the guy was that he is very well educated and sophisticated in writing too.
All his words were well chosen and decently written. Well one could smell the nervousness in the mail and how he must've thought about which topics to start off the conversation with. Till date I assumed it's just girls who go through these thought processes but I guess I was wrong. Guys too are very particular about that. He talked about how he would like the conversations to be friendly so that they know each other nicely. I think that one line of how he wants to be friends first and rest can happen if and when needed stole the show for me. That is what girls look for in people. A person who is starting to become friends rather than bombarding questions about family n marriage etc. so far so good. If it is to happen this relationship might turn up to be a life long one. If destiny has different plans it would end up in friendship only. This is an ongoing affair for now. We need to wait n see what happens. I am excited! Fingers crossed!
