This is in regard to my complaint against HDFC Bank titled " DIPLOMA IN HARASSMENT OF ELDERS & MASTER OF VERBAL ABUSE"!
Today I got a call from Customer Service Manager HDFC, Kolkata. She apologised profusely and then they are personally going to my house to apologise to my mom and dad. Some relief. They were shaken up. But I hv said they hv to take action against this girl.
So truly The Pen is mightier than the sword. Thanks mouthshut!
