Every day I receive, send and read many mails, Some are very positive and makes me feel really good and energetic. In the day, I silently accept all the criticism most of them which come from the from many around pointing fingers. There are times, when on occasions that the sound of laugh disturbs others – and ensure that I am alive. When I was reading an small monthly magazine, an thought stuck my mind
Why is Life so difficult ? – Because we never appreciate anything that is easy.
I always pass through a make-shift laundry shop, I smile at him and they smile back. Both Husband and wife work from morning 8 am to evening 6 pm. I feel nice to see them engaged in delivering the service. What actually makes me think is that, when they are ill or on visit to their native village, the work is done by their grown up Son & Daughter. The service remains the same.
When the companies every year set targets and goals higher and higher to make more profit, with targeting competitors customers, engage in high spending on advertisements. Comparing their products to comparators to make more profits,.. there casually work to complete the services is really a feel good factor. There is no hard campaigning or marketing to increase the market share. They have fixed customers, who are happy and every time provide them the repeat business.
Bottom-Line
Mahatma Gandhi said “ The earth has provided enough to everyone to lead a comfortable life, however human greed cannot be satisfied”. I personally feel they are not comparing with anyone to increase their income and happy with what “God has provided” them. They appreciate their earnings and goodwill the customers shower on them. They feel happy without any pride, greed and self-centredness.
