I was just refreshing my memory on reading about the organizations leaderships and organization structures. In one of the book I found the author had mentioned a clear linkage on the role, and responsibility to the old testament of the Bible. It was about Moses who on the wish of the king introduced the supervisors to ensure that the slaves do their work without wasting the time. Roman Catholic Chruch is widely admired for their hierarchy and organization structure. I started discussing about the organization structure and leadership roles in our country and especially the political system. India has a unique organization and decision making structure called the “High Command” sometimes I get confused is it “High or I”, and I am sure it is not “I” because I am not at all involved in any decision making. As a citizen of my own country, I get to know my right only once in 5 years. After that I need to fight for everything or bribe to get anything? According to the dictionary the meaning of command is to direct with specific authority or prerogative; order. And the meaning of HIGH is see above. I feel we are slaves of “high Command”. We as a citizen of India, we are become the puppets ! Initially the High Command like any MS DOS computer language was only on The Congress, today the part with difference so called BJP is run by High Command. Leaving behind the national parties, even regional parties are refer any issues to High Command. The day will not be long, when even the vegetables & groceries which needs to be approved by High Command.
Bottom-Line !
High Command or No command –
The poor man has to work day and night to earn his daily bread.
The middle man has to struggle day and night just to keep his status quo.
The rich will always have money to invest in these two, so that he can always keep the lamp burning & earn profit to support High Command for his own interest to gain interest.
