This maybe a little too late to share this thought but let me post it anyway. Few days ago, I got an m2m from our very own CARETAKER(Aparajita), congratulating me, that I am now one of the celebrities of MOUTHSHUT. That was a little surprise to me because its the least that I am expecting anymore. What I mean is... modesty aside, I remember that since 2008 up to the last few months, there are already friends like Shalu, bro deepak, bro sridharaa, bro suraaz, Jam, Umesh( to name a few) who are expecting me to be star writer. But maybe there's reason and season why it didnt happen the soonest. Being one in the"Hall of Fame "last two years ago and winning in some contest, are already great honor. And having this star writer status is an additional bonus for me.

The m2m of caretaker made me feel namby-pamby that, I belong to the celebrity group of Mouthshut as one of the new star writers. What made me sentimental was, when she mentioned that my active participation has been highly appreciated by other members. My being far from your place, makes it impossible for me to attend meetings and interact personally with fellow MSians, to be close enough with you guys. But knowing that you appreciated my participation in this site, is good enough reason for me to be here and share more of my thoughts.
To my fellow new star writers, having a star is not the end of our goal. This is just the beginning of a new challenge for us to prove more, of what our star symbolize at the end of our names/ids. The journey has just begun to move on to the next level...the path may not be easy or or maybe tough. There might be much expectation for the added star after our id, but one step ahead can reach a milestone of our history being an amateur writer that we are. We may not all be professional writers, but if we write with what our heart and mind says, we will come up with loads of ideas. We dont need to be like Edgar Allan Poe, Shakespeare or Elizabeth Browning, as writers or poets, to be understood. But stars or no stars just write what your heart desires and wants to express; ideas, opinions and reasons. Just be true to your opinions and dont be judgemental. Its how you write of what is morally right, spiritualy and socially accepted by the majority. It is always best that we will be remembered by the quality of our works not just the quantity of how many we have written and posted.
Our star may not twinkle or flickers like that of the heavenly stars. But a star is still a star at the end of our name, even it doesnt twinkle at all. Let us not be the star for one season and one reason. But let us all be the STARthat shine in all SEASONS, with many REASONS. Not just in writing, but a star that could brightens the lives of other people by good motives and intentions. We are here to make friends, express our ideas andopinions. We want to share becausewe care. Let's pen down the good ones, to help our readers, so they will not be blinded by false advertisement of products, movies, stores, placesother related topics.We can shut our mouth, but we can always share our reviews and diary post in Mouthshut.This is where we can prove our worth that our star shines by keeping this space an active review and social networking site.
