COMPLAINT AGAINST "WAVE MEGA CITY CENTER PVT LTD" SEC 32/25A NOIDA.

That I Mr. KK Agarwal Advocate has been a practicing lawyer in Delhi and U.P region have facing deep problem as mine of my family member Mr. Ghanshyam Murari Kansal, A-75, Vikas Puri, New Delhi who unfortunately in false rumors & publicity have booked a prelaunch flat in your Wave City Center Elegantia project which is located on Sec 32, Nodia. That this flat was booked of 1183 sq. foot having Customer ID: CU130104 of Rs_1.0 Crore value approximately. That Mr. Ghanshyam Murari Kansal(MB:- 9899787513) have get fake promise made by the Naveen Singh & others of "Investor Clinic", Tapasya Building, Sec 126 Noida to just book it just for two month & thereafter by making resale of this flat of Wave Mega City Center that you get some extra monetary benefit in short span of time and the Wave Mega City center may return your principal given amount money which you paid with some additional earning profit amount by the resale of this flat to the another investor. Thereafter as the two months have gone away long ago since the booking of the flat the Wave Mega City Center has been sending the unwarranted demand notes letter of Rs 88 Lakh approx. in whole to get extract & looting me for their further funding of Wave Mega City Center going projects and if not paid by me then impose 18% annum penalty on Rs 88 Lakh on him while in actually I, Mr.Ghanshyam Murari kansal have not get using of flat for living purpose nor I want actually need to buy it then how Wave Mega City Center builder impose heavy rate of interest when the I, customer is not using or your services neither you flat is ready to live. It is a criminal breach of trust, hurt and cheating and misappropriation of money for intentionally extortion the large amount of money for your building raise dirty business spread out in all Delhi NCR region. That this Wave Mega City Builder is thug who just fooled us and eat my money for their hunger of unjust enrichment.

That the Investor Clinic have requested to the Wave City Chairman on dated 25-Oct-2013 to cancel booked flat and return money to us but the Wave Mega City Center Chairman have not returning our money since two months. That the "Vice Chairman" of Wave Mega City Center is Manpreet Singh Chadha(Son of wine seller Ponty Chadha) and "Chairman & Managing Director" is Rajinder Singh Chadha not meeting us neither nor both of us giving our money to us. Both are engaged in white collar crimes while in inner all are scoundrel.

That this is the unfair trade practice, malpractice by Wave Mega City Center builder to appoint liar & mischievous Sale Partner & Representative like Investor Clinic, Tapasya Building, Sec 126 Noida to do false promises & fraud to Mr Ghanshyam Murari Kansal and entrap my hard earned money got it many years of work, blocked into your builder large money eating projects and thereafter Wave Mega City Center are now sending unlawful whole amount of money demand letter threatening payments to give further more money to this builder for the completion of their projects and he will give me possession after three years having no certainty. That this is not morally right & ethical to always fool the customers like me and eat their hard earned money. That I, Mr. Ghanshyam Murari Kansal is running out of cash and cannot get arrange that huge sum of money which the Wave Mega City Center is demanding to me to looting me completely again if I unfortunately applied money into this builder project. As this is the first time I have cordially approached to you to help me for getting refund my personal money which I had paid till yet return to me with current banking interest which this builder used into their running Wave Mega City Center Elegentia Sec 32/25A Noida project. I know that this meager amount is nothing for the Wave Mega City Center chairman to get refund to me back which I paid but it is more valuable for me, Mr Ghanshyam Murari Kansal to run my life on this age of life.

That the Wave City Center like builders today in every part have appointing many sale representative person on "huge entice commission basis" and the Sale representative person may lurking the other innocent person in their locality Delhi NCR for selling the builder costlier flat with false promises, while the real buyer have not sufficient cash or money arrangement besides not having the full amount. After that the process of harassment, torment and extracting the full money in just one or two installments get started off from this builder side and when the buyer shows reluctant to fulfill his unlawful demands in short span of time then the greedy builder would cancel his flat and eat the previous customer paid money and search the new customer for the same flat so that from both sides the builder may get extraordinary benefit of huge sum of money.

Now as this official complaint presented to you to take legal necessary action against this Wave Mega City Center builder for dirty mentality who day by day looting the enormous buyers or customers like me to get entrap into their running projects all running simultaneously on different locations with different entice chosen names so that full unlawful monetary benefit from all the sides and corner of the city, location and state is achieved by this builder in short span of time. The Wave Mega City Center like builders also not to disclose their identity and neither give their full names & personal mobile numbers and Email Address or living address to the buyers & customers so that no agitation and protest by the customer or buyers may approach to their living doors. The Wave Mega City Center office Staff which this builder appointed for the working of their offices also so much shrewd, sinner and liar that in getting their salary monthly and current job always get fixed to that builder, they provide wrong information to customers and also help the builder sins to get help him for looting from customer or buyer.

At last We Mr. Ghanshyam Murari Kansal and I want my hard earned money back which is more than Rs 10.0 Lakhs(approx. with interest) from the Wave Mega City Center builder and get out of this looting Elegantia Project running on the Sec. 32/25A of Noida. That the Wave Mega City Center builder is not giving our money and that why we are writing to you to take legal and necessary action against him and booked and official FIR U/s 34, 323, 403, 406, 420 IPC for keeping our money of Rs 10 Lakhs(approximately with Interest) and refusing to return it back to us. It is a crime to keep someone money or valuable security without his consent and wish and not to return it back, whom it for actually belongs to.
