We paid Lawyer Deepa of Siddhakala Advisory LLP. Rs.10,000/- as fees for Registration of Society and Trust in Sept 2011. Since then She took almost 2 yrs to get our work done, that too only Registered SOCIETY on 29th January 2013. She didn’t gave us proper legal receipt (gave some print out as receipt) but took entire remaining fees (We paid Rs. 5,000/- as advance and Rs. 5,000/- after we got Certificate of Society Registration). But she was supposed to complete our work till we get TRUST Certificate. She promised us that we will get TRUST REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE within SIX Months,but never done our work.Instead started avoiding us, declining our calls. She left her office in Dadar then Shifted to Mahim and now somewhere in Vile Parle. She didn’t gave us her new address deliberately so that we can’t reach her. We are feeling cheated and duped for our fees in the hands of wrong Lawyer,the profession which supposed to be the part of judiciary system.
