With respect to cancellation request please be informed, we in no way would trigger the cancellation request without the consent of our customer either through mail or over the call. In the said case, since we received the cancellation acknowledgment in writing from your email id and with the written text wanting to cancel the ticket, the needful was done from our end as required.
