Foremost we take this opportunity to inform you that all the schemes and offers introduced are genuine and funded from a special promotional budget created for the purpose.
Please be informed that with effect March 2008, low cost carriers are collecting a new tax - API transaction fee, amounting to Rs 100. The same is collected from online travels agents. In addition to this, the nominal fare difference of is on account of the Government Sales Tax (GST) which is levied as a percentage of the basic fare, as per government regulations. We do not dispute the authenticity of your claims regarding the fare difference since the fares are highly dynamic in nature and are subject to change without notice and are sourced directly from the airline system.
However, we request you to kindly inform us if any other issues are pending resolution from our end.
