Dear Mr. Joseph,
With respect to your comment please be informed that the Cash Back offer was valid only for Domestic Air Tickets booked on Jet Airways, Indigo, Jetlite (formerly known as Air Sahara) and Indian (formerly known as Indian Airlines) on all booking classes using your ICICI Bank Master / Visa / Amex Credit Card. The same was also mentioned in the offer Terms and Conditions.
Hence regret to inform, that the confirmed booking mentioned in the comment was on Air Deccan (EZR-2007-297990/A) is not eligible for cash back under the offer.
Also we wish to suggest that all the offers launched by us are genuine and are devised with the intention of maximum customer satisfaction.
Further, our records suggest that the above mentioned details regarding the cash back status were conveyed to you by one of our executive. However, we request you to kindly confirm the same and do let us know if there are any issues pending resolution with us.
